This scholarship aims to support an exceptional Anesthetist Trainee in Sub-Saharan Africa with a desire to develop their drafting skills.

WFSA 2023 Pilot Editorial Fellowship for coverage in developing countries
Applicants will get the following benefits through the scholarship program;
- Successful applicants will gain experience working in both journals. There will be a fee of £2,500 for the year with additional support for data costs and travel (for one face-to-face meeting per year)
- The successful applicant will also receive membership of the Association of Anesthesiologists this year with associated benefits and training opportunities.
WFSA 2023 Pilot Editorial Fellowship for Eligibility Criteria for Developing Countries
Applicants must possess the following eligibility before attempting to apply for the scholarship;
- Be a qualified physician with an M.MED degree or equivalent in anesthesia
- Working in a training position or starting a substantive (fully trained) position within 3 years
- Be based in sub-Saharan Africa
How to Apply for the WFSA 2023 Pilot Editorial Fellowship for Developing Countries

- Include a 300 word outline of a project you would like to undertake with an editor that should be relevant to the magazines, publications or editorial work in general (1-3)
