University of Cape Town Online Application 2023/2024
UCT application opens. Prospective applicants for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies can apply for admission to the university.

University of Cape Town Application Requirements
Prospective applicants must provide the following requirements in their online application for admission to their studies.
Requirements for South African Citizens
- An email address
- A mobile number
- An identification card (ID)
- A copy of the Grade 11 or Grade 12 exam results
Requirements for International Student Applicants
- A valid passport from the home country
- South African medical test
- Knowledge of English
- A certificate equivalent to South African Grade 12 or above.

- Click on the apply online tap
- Select the faculty for which you want to apply for a study permit
- Select whether you want accommodation or not

Opening date of the UCT Online application
Application for admission to study opens on May 1, 2021. Prospective applicants can only submit applications from the date the application opens.
Closing date of the UCT Online application
Application for study permit closes August 31, 2021. Applicants must submit their application for enrollment before the application deadline.
