Oak Forest murders: 4 dead in shooting, fire, barricade situation on Ann Marie Lane caught on Ring doorbell video

OAK FOREST, Illinois (WLS) — Four people are dead in Oak Forest after neighbors said a man shot his relatives outside his home before barricading himself inside and setting the house on fire.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office on Friday afternoon identified the victims as 22-year-old Briana Rodriguez, 20-year-old Emilio Rodriguez, 43-year-old Lupe Gomez and 44-year-old Carlos Gomez.

The man’s neighbor’s Ring camera captured video Friday morning of the incident at the 5500 block of Ann Marie Lane in Oak Forest.

ABC7 watched the video, which showed a man shooting three people outside the house as one runs away. The man can then be seen entering the house and barricading himself inside and then setting the house on fire.
