Merit-Based Scholarships

Before using third-party billing for tuition, the student must obtain billing authorization. This authorizes the Bureau of the Bursar to process the payment. Third-party billing cannot depend on a student’s grades and the amount of payment must be specified. Checks can take seven to ten business days to process during busy times. If a check is received after the due date, the student is responsible for any overdue fees.
Students using third party billing for tuition fees are required to submit all necessary documents to the Office of the Bursar before the first day of classes. Sponsors must also make payments within 30 days of the invoice due date.
If a student’s check is not processed, they may be removed from classes. In some cases, the student must pay the balance in full. A student’s tuition balance also cannot be extended and they are responsible for any overdue balance.
